Owned by the late Senator and statesman Ramon V. Mitra, Jr., Mitra’s Ranch (also known as Rancho Sta. Monica) used to be a private property. The family decided to open it to the public and later on became one of the “most looked forward to” attractions in every Palawan city tour’s itinerary.
